Cant deposit checks by phone often because it doesn't work, can't deposit checks at irvington atm and the one in kilmarnock is out of order. You are doing a terrible job as a bank. Thus is not the first time CV I've had this problem

Their hours, like most banks, are awful. They are generally only open while most of us have to be at work. The drive through window has to be the slowest at any bank I've ever dealt with. I realize that some transactions can take longer than others but to consistently have to sit in line at a drive through for 15 to 20 minutes is ridiculous. If it's the system and not the employees then change the system. After 30 years of banking with Chesapeake for both my business and personal. I'm actively searching for a better bank.

My previous two times I have had with this bank have been great. Unfortunately today the lady behind the counter, Carin, made my request, which had been completed 2 times before like a breeze, seem like a complete hassle for her. Her attitude towards me was extremely unfriendly.
